What Causes Body Pain?

please answer me sir my body always pain in different part of . body. we done almost every test like ural acid , hb, vitamin b, vitamin d level etc. problem found in b level , but we take injation last 2 mount but not relief . problem in pain my body last 1 year . i think castrol problem .i think my blood moment some problem . i flow of blood in my body . some problem crate . plz some solution please any test of flow of blood please answer me sir
