What Causes Boil And Blister On Toe With Shingles?

Hi, I think I have a boil on my left big toe,on the top side, it has a blister in the middle and it hurts so much but i doesnt have pus just water. What should i do about it? Also i have two boils, one on the right knee and lower leg and i have shingles. I am 24 years old and a male.
