i examined a strain in my bra last night which i have noticed at other times but ignored...i pressed my nipple and clear fluid secreted easily...what does this mean?i am 56 years old and 14 kilos over weight...i walk for half hour most days..i have had 3 kids...and have high blood pressure and cholestral is getting slightly high also.
