What Causes Brown Discharge And Discomfort In Vagina?

Hello I am not on period was about 2 weeks ago, have had brown blood dicharge 4 days on 4 night started having disomfort in vagina area uncomfortable all day to sit stand pressure or something falling out sensation many trips to bathroom went normal some odd feeling when done and when it's time to go it better be right away have pain if don't go instantly called docs but appointment in two weeks what could this be or should I be concerned no burning I do have a tilted uterus.
