What Causes Brown Discharge, Stomach Aches And Itching In Vagina?

I have been taking citalopram for 3 weeks and I had my period on the 23rd December and today I have been having dark brown discharge and light discharge with blood in it. I also have been having stomach aches and feeling itchy down there for past four days? What is wrong with me?
