hello, my name is keshia. I've recently stopped taking bc a-d started a new job that requires full body movement. I had my period on the 14th and stopped on the 20th. then I started again on the 22nd but this time I have horrible cramps and it's mostly Brown not red in color, with lots of cloths. I have normal periods. help plz.
