What Causes Bruise On The Point Of Contact To Be Shaped Like Bulls Eye?

I'm fair skinned and I've always bruised easily. The last few months I've noticed that when I bump something hard that the bruise that forms around the point of impact is shaped like a bullseye. No discoloration immediately around the point of impact. Very odd.
