What Causes Bruise On The Thigh After Having Surgery?

Hi, I had breast cancer in 2010. Since then i have had multiple surgeries. I have noticed that I bruise very easily - i assume i am bumping into things but don't recall any of them enough to say they hurt but i have multiple bruises on my thighs at any given time. any concerns?
