What Causes Bulky Uterus With Endometrial Thickness 16.8mm?

dear doc my scan result show that i have bulky uterus, huge subserous fibroid of 6.6cm in fundal wall and other smaller intramural fibroids were noted anterior and posterior of 1.8 and1.3cm with endometrial thickness of 16.8mm please i need more explanation. am i okey? am 27years
