What Causes Bump Between The Intergluteal Cleft?

i notice yesterday that i had a bump in between my butt crack, at first i thought i was bite by something because this bumps burn and today it looks like a bruise and its really red on top of that my butt crack appears to have a dark dry patch what should i do?
