What Causes Bump Inside The Vagina?

Hi, I went to my gyne on yesterday for a pap smear, and she advised I have a small bump on the inside of my vagina on the right side. Can you tell me what possibly could that be, she s testing for hpv along with my pap smear, and she advised I should get a biopsy for the bump, can you help with some answers? I am very concerned, I am a 16 year breast cancer survivor, I have tested positive in the past for hpv with my pap smear results. Please help!
