What Causes Bump On Hip Where I Have IVF Injections?

I have got a lump on my hip where I remember taking injections for infertility. There was one shot which my husband himself had to give as I could not go into a clinic. This was many many years back. Only a year ago, I found that swelling quite huge and changing my hip contour. Please advice.
