What Causes Bumps And Discharge From Vagina?

I have one small white bump (pimple like) located at the entrance of my vagina (on the labia minora). I have some vaginal discharge (white in color), but not that much. Should I make an appointment with my ob/gyn right away, or should I wait to see if it goes away? What could the white bump be? During my last period, my initial and final bleeding was thick and it burned. Could this be connected with my white bump?
