What Causes Bumps In Vaginal Canal?

I'm 20 and I have noticed small (tiny) bumps in my vaginal canal on the right side on my cervix (but not on the cervix) on it is posterior fornix, I Have no warts, bumps or lesions on my vaginal opening, no bad smelling discharge, no discolored discharge, no pain during sex, no painful urination, no pain when cervix is touched, and im not itchy down there,Im currently on the nuvaring.
