What Causes Burning Sensation During Urniation And Pain In The Testicles?
Hello, I am 20 years of age and I have concern for my health. For 8 days I have been experiencing discomfort when I urinate (burning), having discharge, and scrotum pain only when erect. I believe it is a uti because the discharge was brownish then turned green, which indicates an infection. I have went to see a doctor today and he informed me that I have a lot of pus and blood in my urine. He thinks because I am gay that it may not be a uti. I have no prior history of having an std nor uti. I also practice protective sex. Does blood and pus have some relation to UTI? If it helps, I am uncircumcised as well.
Hello Sir, Welcome to Health care Magic. From your history i understand that you are sexually active and from your symptoms I can provisionally say its a Sexually Transmitted Infection most probably Gonorrhea and/or Chlamydia. What i advise you to do is to go back to your doctor and do proper investigations. The chances of it being a simple UTI is very slim. But you needn't worry, because it is curable with antibiotics.I advise you to take your partner/s with you for the consultation as well and also check for other STDs. Thank you.
