What Causes Burning Sensations And Sharp Pains Near Both Ovaries?

I am 47 with a family history of breast cancer. 5 ft 2 in, 148 lbs. Mother had a hysterectomy prior to breast cancer. Ihave had four abnormal pap smears in a row. I have not had a period in six months but get all of the symptoms i.e. tender breasts, headaches, cramping etc. Had an ultrasound last week which showed cysts on both ovaries as well as fibroids. Have constant burning sensation as well as sharp pains near both ovaries but mostly left. Pain comes and goes on a regular basis. Also have noticed a slight vaginal order Worried about abnormal pap and wandering what is going on. Scheduled to have an endometrial biopsy in two weeks but doctor did not explain why she feels the need to do this procedure. What is likihood this is cancer?
