What Causes Circular Pink Spot On Breast?

Hi Doctor, I have a small circular pink spot on my inner right breast. It is not itchy, and it is smoother than the rest of my skin. It is slightly raised and I noticed it a few weeks ago where at the time, it was very small. Now it is about the same diameter as a dime. Should I be concerned?
