What Causes Clear And Yellow Fluid Discharge From Breasts?

Hello. Recently, randomly, my boob starts to leak a clear and sometimes yellow fluid. And it becomes tender. What is this? I have had one child but didn't breastfeed and that was two years ago. Also, when I found out I was pregnant two years ago I had a cyst on my uterus and they said it would go away. But all the time now I am being extremely wet, and having a fish smell oder.
