What Causes Cracks & Cuts On Foreskin?

Hello doctor , i am Mr raj from bangalore married 36yrs male , 5.9 feet & 78 kgs and my wife 35yrs , we have a very good sex life till now, but we are having a problem now after intercourse we wash ourself , by next day we get a krack and cuts on my foreskin and it also becomes dry , my also feel a burns on the walls of the vergina and there is wonde on her ciloters , pl help us , it hurts a lot i am thinking of circum my fore skin , is it advice at my age ,
