What Causes Cramping Along With Pinkish Brown Discharge?

hello, I had a abortion by pill on May 15th. everything seemed fine, within 24 hours after it was taken, I seemed to have passed everything had bleeding for about a week after. so I had not got a period since than, but my stomach was terribly bloated and hard, I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive, than yesterday I started cramping and got a pink to brown very light discharge, and it is still that way today. is this my period coming back or should I be concerned. I am still very bloated and my stomach is so hard.
