What Causes Cramping In Breast And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

I have been having cramps near the right side of my breast and it is increasing lately. I am having a brown oder smelling discharge coming from the vaginal area. I am having frequent headaches and back pains, constipation, diaherra, and I have just got off my period. I do not understand what is going on. I think it might have something to do with my reproductive system. I cannot seem to get pregnant either. Even when we have tried. I have a shortness of breath as well. Please help me understand what is going on. I have been so weak lately, loss of appetite, emotionally, stressed, and pain throughout my body? Am I pregnant and having a miscarriage? I have researched everything and still no help.
