What Causes Cramping,light Headedness And Dizziness?

Hello my name is Ariel, I just turned 20 in Sept. No one is listening to me, I need some answers, maybe I'm over exaggerating I don't know. I got cramps a little over a week ago and it bothered me a little. In the past I've had cramps so bad due to my menstrual cycle that I would literally vomit. I would feel really light headed or dizzy and I've even had to call off work a few times. My cramps are so bad right now, I believe I started my period now, doesn't seem too heavy though. My periods are irregular (always have been) so I don't know exactly when I start it literally varies through out the whole month, once I'll have it at the start then it could change to the middle to end of the month. I have a heating pad and I took pamprin but nothing is helping my cramps right now, I don't have insurance so I can't go to the doctors. I called work off today cuz I'm really light headed and the pain is no fun. My mom had a hysterectomy since her periods were really bad lasting 5 months at a time. I am scared, no one is listening to me, I need some help. Whats wrong with me? Is it normal? I've always wanted kids since I was 5 years old so I hope it has nothing to do with that.
