What Causes Cramps And Light Spotting?

Hello. My name is Anna. 16 days ago I had a medical abortion. I bled for 10 days and it stopped. 3 days ago I had protected sex but the condom tore so I took postinor 2. For 2days now I've has slight cramps and very light spotting. Should I be worried?. Thanks
