What Causes Dark Black Discharge After Endometrial Ablation?

I am a 46 year old female who over the last two years been through a lot. On March 2, 2010 I was diagnose with Colon Cancer. In the same year I went into menapause that cause my period to stay on three months. I then had the emblasion(unsure about the spelling) surgery done to stop my period, then I did the pellets in the beginning of 2011 to help with the hot flashes. My estrogen was at 18. My last surgery was 10-4-11, I had to have asthroscopy surgey due to bad knees. ( right knee) At the present time I have a problem . I do not have a discharge or an order but whenever I wipe or tried to douche I had dark black spetacles of blood coming out of me. The particles clogged up the douche I was using. I was wanting to know what was could be the problem and if I should go see a doctor.
