What Causes Dark Patch On Right Underarm ?

Hi i am 16 week pregnant I had taken radioiodine 1 year ago & now my TSH level is 0.09 mg &i m taking thyronorm 100mcg from moday to friday.now i m having one dark patch on my right underarm why this happend? i m very scared about my thyriod disorder plz suggest me what to do?
