What Causes Deep Pains In The Penis?

well i was having unprotected sex and part of the string attached to the tip of my penis broke and started bleeding which was very painful. I couldnt hve sex for 6-7 weeks cause it pained and wasnt fully healed. now i think its healed but i thnk my penis inside got big more red, and also i used to hve pain more deeper in the penis. Also i feel like i cum much fast now, and i am more comfortable with having sex with a condom then without...i have some difficulties putting the condom on though , i feel that i can pull the forskin down the way i could before...i am much more careful now
