What Causes Delay In Periods With Cramping And Dizziness?

Hi I am 2 days late on my period I m worried because I m never late. And I have had cramping and a few days ago I woke up in the middle of the night sweating so bad it felt like I pissed myself but I didn t. I felt so dehydrated. My stomach makes wierd rumbling sounds I felt like I was going to get my period but then it went away. Me and my partner have been trying my last period was April 19th right on my birthday so I know I m not wrong about when it was. But he ejaculated in me on the 30th and again on the 3rd. I have been feeling very dizzy. Please help me. I m not sure whether to take a test or go see my doctor? Thanks so much.
