What Causes Delayed And Irregular Periods?

hello.i am 29 years,(80kgs, 5feet 2 inch) and usually i have my periods regular which lasts for 6 or 7 days.but on May i had it on 15th,june on 23rd and i missed it on july.i have had home pregnancy test twice on june 20th and july 26th, both came negative.i am worried. please seggest.
