What Causes Delayed Period And Bruises With Negative UPT?

first day of last mestrual period was may 29th, have not had one since then. I have taken 5 home pregnancy tests and all are negative. very emotional and hormonal. I also have very random bruises all over my body. what could be happening with me. I know amenorrhoea is no period for 3 months straight but i am really concerned and do not have medical insurance to just be sent home from the doctor again to "wait" I am 24 years old 5'2 and 151 lbs
