What Causes Delayed Period?

I took next choice pill for the 4th time in a year.i took the 2 pills on 7 and 8th of september and my periods usually start on 23 third ,i took test and came out negative . I also have a large fibroids i am really neverous i can't keep the baby(pregnancy.
