What Causes Delayed Periods In Spite Of Negative Pregnancy Tests?

Hi.I am married and My age is 29, height 4 9 and weight 58.My last period date was Oct 7.But i didn't have period.I have done the pregancy text for several times and it was negative.Then i took Regestrone from 21st Oct and took for five days i.e 25th Oct.But till now i haven't my period.Please suggest.
