What Causes Delayed Periods In Spite Of Taking Regestrone?

Hello, I didnt not get my periods even after taking regestrone. now its 53 days. I am going to get married next month. will it be a problem for a child. will i`ll get a problem in my uterus. i am so afraid in this. please help me i took some fruits like pineapple, papaya, etc to get my periods but still i didnt get my periods. please help me. I am so afraid, will it be a problem in future. shall i take some test.
