What Causes Delayed Periods With Dizziness And Heartburn?

Hi,there was precum outside vagina and my bf didnt insert.I took ipill within 28 hrs,it was my last day of periods.my periods were due on 16th this month and haven t got yet..took hpt 3 days ago(which is 28 days after ipill) and it came negative. Having mild diziness and heartburn. Am I pregnant? Plz help!
