What Causes Delayed Periods With Fluttering In The Abdomen?

i had a c section in march and after my 1st period it was heavy and diddnt stop bleeding so i was put on noriday ive had bleeds through and have missed my period for end of july, i also keep feeling flutters in my lower left side of stomach, is this normal??
