What Causes Dent And Swelling Along The Hair Line?

2 weeks ago I walked into a slidout panel edge on my RV, hit the top of my head, did fall down, did get a bit of a cut and swelling. Now it has healed, but have a dent where I hit my head near the hair line. I have been experiencing more than usual head aches (I do get migranes at time) almost daily. Should I have it checked out. To add to this I also was under the 5th wheel front stood up and then hit the back of my head a week later and that is still tender.
