What Causes Diarrhea Loss Of Appetite With Insomnia?

I am 23 years old. the first day of my last period was october 13th. for the past few days i have been experiencing diarehha, unusual cramping, nausea and loss of appetite and insomnia. could i be pregnant or could i have just really bad pms? i know that a few days ago i also had very clear mucus like discharge and i assumed i was ovulating. could it be ovulation that i am experiencing?
