What Causes Difficulty In Sleeping While Having Pcod?

I was just told that I have PCOD. I haven't started medication since they are still doing blood work. I am feeling naucous (haven't thrown up) and I have a small temp. When I hug my husband, i feel a lump in the upper part of my stomach (usually associated with pregnancy and the signs of it being a girl). I feel lethargic, but I can't sleep. I haven't slept right or at all for the last week. I haven't slept for almost 3 nights now. I do what I usually do before bed time and its always helped up until now. I am not stressed TBH, besides the usual worries of everyday life.

I am 30 years old. 5ft.2. and i am a yo-yo on weight (160-180) I did get a dog to help me excersize more then just walking down the street to get dinner.

My periods are either too far in between or non-existent. When I was 19 I was medically induced in to a coma, while being 4 months pregnant. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy
