What Causes Difficulty In Writing For Years?

i am suffering from difficulty in writing since 7 years...am not able to write now...my hand falls medialy and fingers get hyperflexed and wrist get lifted up when i attempt to write...mam a madical student..hv tried allopathy,ayurvada n homeo treatment for writers cramp...but no improvement..my studies gettin suffered alot..i feel some strain in neck and right shoulder also..plz help... my email id YYYY@YYYY
