What Causes Dimple On The Natal Cleft?

I have a what I believe to be a "sacral dimple" near the top of my natal cleft. If I press at the very top of my natal click with some force in a downward motion, the dimple bleeds. I am worried this is a pilonidal cyst or the early signs of one, though there is no pain or visible symptoms in the area. Only blood has come out of the dimple thus far and it has no odor. Should I be worried?
