What Causes Discharge Along With Particles In Urine?

I am currently taking Ortho Novum 1/35 and Phentermine. I am experiencing light brown discharge. no oder or pain. When i urinate i can see that there are particles in my urine. This has been going on for 7 days and im not pregnant. tested today. I do sometimes switch from generic to brand with my birth control. Whats wrong with me? Could a missed pill be causing this and for this long? I recently took diflucan to control the beginning of a slight yeast infection. Im so tired of spotting and just worried what it might be.
