What Causes Discharge From Breast After Removal Of Fibroadenoma?

Hi , i had an operation to remove a juvenille fibroadenoma from my right breast in 2006, about one year ago i have been diagnosed by ultrasound as having fibrocyctic disease, i have noticed one and half year ago that theres a tiny bit of serous disharge coming from my right breast from one pore. Its a tiny amount and doesnt come every day. I have done ultrasound and it shows only fibrocyctic disease. I am single and 35. Should i undergo an operation to remove the duct.
