What Causes Discolored Vaginal Discharge With Odor?

I'm 17 and ever since I started my period (when I was 14) I've had vaginal discharge that is white at first but dries yellowish and sometimes smells fishy. I told my OBGYN and she have me medicine for a yeast infection which didnt help. I have a baby and I have never been told I have a deviated cervix but I was told by a friend that this may be the cause of my discharge. It doesnt hurt to have sexual intercourse and I just got a full STD check and everything came back negative. What could be the cause of this odor smelling discolored discharge?
