What Causes Dough Like Vaginal Discharge?

I have vaginal discharge that is like dough almost, well it was when I first noticed it there was clumps of dough like balls in my panties however they have not been like that for the rest of the day. I checked to see if I would find anything else, and there is a cottage cheese like discharge left on my finger when I pull it out, it is white and has no odor. My vagina seems oddly tighter too, what is wrong with me?
