What Causes Dry White Vaginal Discharge?

I am 34, 5'3", 132 pounds - I have had bacterial vaginosis for the last 2 years. I have been treating it naturally and have had some success, antibiotics never worked. However, now I am having white gritty dry vaginal discharge which is causing itching and burning, along with a constant case of hemorrhoids. Have had severe right abdominal pain a few days ago. These issues always occur right after or during ovulation.
