What Causes Ejaculation Problem With Pain On The Penis?

Sir, I am 25 years old. I tried to suck my own cock. While doing so I pulled my penis to reach my mouth. After some times I got pain in my penis head while touching. It continued for three days. But now I experence the less ejaculation even I feel it is cumming a lot. Still I have tingling feeling while touching my penis. But no pain while urinating and flow is also good. After ejaculation little irritation is there. Please advise me in this regards
