What Causes Erected Clitoris With Swollen Labia?

My clitoris is erected.THE LIP AREA ON THE SIDE IS SWOLLEN CAUSE I MASTURBATED ON THE LEFT SIDE NOT THE CLITORIS.i hope its not psas(persistent sexual arousal syndrome).i got severe pain which started from the left side went to the clitoris and up till my heart and left arm during my periods.it feels erected since 7th may since my periods ended.the lip area is dry and not moist at all as it used to be and i feel orgasms too:(
