What Causes Excessive Perspiration?

Hello, I am a 58 year old female and am 5'3 and 220lbs. I perspire excessively. For the last year or so I have been getting what I think are abscesses, on the underside of my breast and under my arms along my bra line. I shower morning and night most days in summer. Right now I have a purple abscess? under my left breast that is almost flat instead od a lump and every couple days it will drain from a different spot and the drainage is blood with just a small amount of pus.
We are in a very rural area and about 2 hours from nearest doctor so I wanted to get your thoughts first.
