What Causes Excessive Sweating At Night?

HI, i'm sweating at nights too much also with fever & sometimes Shivering...i made test for malaria but it's not show in the test went to see a doctor he gave me Treatment for malaria after few days no fever no Shivering but still sweatimg a little bit but not much as before & still malaria not showing in the test...my age 36 weight 81height 179cm thanks
