What Causes Extreme Bloating During Intercourse?

I am a 30 year old female. I am 5'5" tall and weigh 120lbs. 3 months ago I had a miscarriage after ceasing bc. I am 9 days past due for my period but and have gotten 3 negative hpt. I have extreme bloating, pain during intercourse on my right side, and pain during bowel movements. When I was younger I was diagnosed with a kinked bowel which repaired itself by the time I was 12. I have an appointment on Friday but am looking for any possibilities to discuss with my physician. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
