What Causes Extreme Itchiness In The Genital Area?

I am a 49 year old woman, do not smoke and drink very little (odd glass of wine with a meal). I suffer with acute migraine to which my doctor has prescribed Imigran 100mg. I have suffered with these since the age of 18 years. I was under a nuerologist for 3 years who confirmed that he was 99% certain that they were hormonal migraines. Due to the increase in the number of migraines in the past 4 months and the effect it is having on my mental state I have also been prescribed Fluoxetine 20 mg od. (I feel this has helped tremendously). I recently started with feelings of light headedness/dizzy episodes to which I have been prescribed Betahistine Dihydrochloride 16mg tds. I also take Becotide Inhaler as I am allergic to dust, housemites, cats. I have been taking this for approx 15 years. That is my medical history in a nutshell but my question to you is, would any of the above medication cause Thrush as I am now experiencing extreme itchiness in the genital area.
